GMAT Plateau ?

We've got you covered

🏆 Unlock The Secrets of the GMAT Algorithm

Most of you have already taken the GMAT once, and don’t quite have the score you wanted. You were scoring 635, 655+ on your last mocks, but find yourself with a 585 on your real score ? This is for you.

🔍 Understanding the GMAT Algorithm

We've delved deep into this enigma and after hundreds of hours of research, we’ve compiled the cardinal rules of the GMAT algorithm just for you with MIM Prep's expertise.

Here are the cardinal rules:

1° It’s not about the number of mistakes but where you make them:

If you look closely, you will notice you score higher on some of your tests that have more mistakes than those with less mistakes. Sound counterintuitive ? It is. The reason behind it is that the spacing of your mistakes varies; mistakes in Q1 & Q2, will cost you more than those in Q3 and Q4 of your exam.

2° Avoid series of mistakes at all cost:

Avoid series of 2-3 mistakes at all costs, especially in Q1 & Q2. These will kill your final score. Even if overall you have less mistakes.

3° Manage your time based on probability:

Depending on whether you think you’ve likely made a mistake on your previous question, you should take more time on the next question. This will in turn reduce your series of mistakes. And allow you to better allocate your time.
