In consulting, we often rely on well-established frameworks during case interviews. However, it's important not to treat them as rigid templates to memorize; instead, tailor them to suit the specific case at hand.

1)Profitability Equation: To enhance a company's profitability, delve into its revenue, costs, and profit margins.

3)The 4Ps: When evaluating marketing strategies, examine Product, Price, Place (Distribution), and Promotion.
4)BCG Matrix: Use this tool to categorize a company's products based on market growth and market share, aiding investment decisions.
5)Victor Cheng's Framework: To tackle complex problems systematically, break them down into Customers, Company, Competitors, and Market segments.
Remember, these frameworks serve as useful starting points. The key is to adapt them creatively and showcase your ability to think flexibly and solve problems effectively during interviews.
